Special Orders

If you can't find what you are looking for on our site, we'd be happy to order any item for you. 

Our principal supplier, Crosby & Baker, Ltd., has made their entire catalog available online.

Email us the item number & we will reply with pricing and availability.

From October to March we receive orders nearly every week.  During the Summer months, order may be as far apart as three weeks.  If you are planning to make something special, please let us know as far in advance as possible.

Orders are placed on Mondays and are in the store by Saturday afternoon.  Depending on the item, we may be able to add it to the order by as late as Wednesday afternoon.  We are always more than happy to try to add items, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get them.

Pick-up - Special order items may be picked-up at Western Hardware & Auto, in Coventry or Apple Villa Hardware in Chepachet. 

Shipping - With the exception of some glass items, your order can also be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.  Email us your special requests and we will respond with a quote that includes shipping & available payment options.

Payment - Special orders can be paid for, on pick-up, at Western Hardware & Auto.  Quantity, bulk or other special pricing may be available for prepaid special orders.  Payments can be mailed in advance or made online through PayPal.

I recommend that all online shoppers consider opening a PayPal account.  PayPal allows you to make online payments to many different merchants without disclosing your banking or credit card information to anyone but PayPal.  PayPal is an eBay company and is considered the premier online payment resource.  Click their logo below for more information.
